What are the weekly reports?

At the start of every week, your Weekly Report will arrive with a detailed view of your previous week's electricity usage and spending. Your reports are also stored in the Emerald Home app message centre area.

Your electricity spend is broken down over the week so you can see exactly how much you spent in comparison to your daily target. Use this information to track and identify the appliances used during these times and adjust your usage patterns accordingly.

1. Set your in-app energy budget, and your weekly report will show how you are tracking against your savings targets.
2. Ensure the Emerald Home app is running in the background on your phone so data from your Electricity Advisor is synched regularly.
