If you are experiencing difficulties connecting your Safelink device; we recommend attempting the following:
- Check your internet connection is stable and currently active
- Ensure you are following the pairing steps and have correctly pressed the Safelink's centre button to pair
- Unplug Safelink from power and restart the connection procedure.
If your phone, is not Android OS 5.0 and over or Apple OS 13 or over, the Emerald Home App may not be compatible with your mobile device.
