Emerald values your privacy, and we do not collect or store your location information. The Emerald Home App uses geofencing to identify when it is near your Electricity Advisor. Your data will sync automatically, only once daily, maximising your Emerald Home App's performance.

This can also be utilised across other Emerald Home products, such as the AC Link, Safelink and future Emerald Home Products.
