We made the Emerald Home App more efficient while providing the most up-to-date data. Using the location settings on your phone to detect when your phone is in proximity to your Electricity Advisor, the Emerald App will automatically sync. Please ensure your Emerald Home App is running in the background.

We are also introducing personalised weekly reports that will give you a detailed view of your week's electricity usage and spending. Please be on the lookout for your weekly report delivered directly to your email inbox.
