What is the Installer ID?

You may have noticed that we have two Emerald Home Apps on your respective App Store.

1. Emerald App; used by end-users to access their Electricity Advisor and various other Smart Home products.

2. Emerald EMS Installer App; Used by the 3rd-party installers to register your installation onto the EMS Dashboard.

You may have opened the Emerald EMS Installer app if asked to present an Installer ID.

You will not need an Installer ID to access your Electricity Advisor after installation.
