How can I remove my Electricity Advisor?

You can remove your Electricity Advisor at any time:

1. 1. Locate the Transmitter (white part) of your Electricity Advisor; this is usually installed on the outside of your Smart Meter housing.
   2. The back of the Transmitter has a Green power button that will deactivate your Electricity Advisor when held for 2-3 seconds.
   3. Your Electricity advisor will be superficially installed with 3M adhesive and can be removed of the face of your Smart meter without any damage to your Smart Meter
   4. Removing the grey lens and black mounting bracket will cease all data recording as the Electricity Advisor will no longer be able to capture your Smart Meter's Impulse light.

Once your Electricity Advisor is removed; it can be safely stored or disposed off appropriately. 

Please note; you do not need to remove your Electricity Advisor if you move properties.
