If you have purchased a Livelink and are struggling to connect your new device to your Electricity Advisor; please try the following steps to ensure you are following the correct process:
Restart Your Electricity Advisor:
1. Press and Hold the green power button on the back of the Electricity Advisor for 2-3 seconds
2. The Front face (logo) will flash; once for off and three times for on.
Synchronise all historical data before pairing your Livelink:
1. Open your Electricity Advisor's display screen and allow all data to synchronise:
Ensure you are disconnected from your Electricity Advisor before connecting to your Livelink.
1. Turn off your mobile device's Bluetooth while pairing to your Livelink.
2. You will be prompted to do so through the pairing process.
