My air conditioner won't connect with the AC Link. What should I do?

Check that your AC Link is within 10m of your split system air-conditioner with a clear line of sight between the AC Link and your air-con. During the pairing process, make sure to wait for the air-con to react (beep or visibly change modes) before proceeding with the pairing steps. Try a different pairing process with or without the air-con remote.
