My phone won't pair or recognise the AC Link. What should I do?

First, check that your AC Link is within clear line of sight to your split system air conditioner. Then, ensure that you're connected to a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi and that your AC Link is in pairing mode. Double-check that you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly and check for updates in your respective App Store.
